The Securities and Exchange Board of India on 16th March 2021 has published the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Research Analysts) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
The Amendment is brought under regulation 7 which deals with qualification and certification requirement in which a new clause has been inserted as follows:
professional qualification by completing a Post Graduate Program in the Securities Market (Research Analysis) from NISM of a duration not less than one year.
