Delhi Excise department had directed the licensees to deposit their proportionate license fee for the period from 1st October 2021 to 16th November 2021

The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi on 17^th September 2021 has directed all the existing L-15/L-15F, L 16/16 F, L-28/L-L28F and L-28/L-L28F licensees to deposit their proportionate license fee for renewal of excise license for the period from 1^st October 2021 to 16^th November 2021.

Hotels or guest houses providing service of Indian liquor to the resident in their room shall obtain license in Form 15 and services of Foreign Liquor in a hotel, motel or guest house shall obtain license in Form L-15F. The service of Indian Liquor in a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel or motel shall obtain a license in form L.16. Excise Retail Licenses for consumption “on” the premises for sale and storage of liquor is granted in the form of L28/L-28F and L-29/L-29F.

The Fee structure has been revised for renewal of the above licencees and it shall be submitted online on or before 30^th September, 2021. Further all the licecees shall submit their “provide additional detail” on ESCIMS portal by 31^st October 2021.
