Veterinary Council of India has notified its supplement to Indian Veterinary Practitioners Register, 2023. This notification was published on November 30, 2023.
The Veterinary Council of India is mandated to maintain a register known as the Indian Veterinary Practitioners Register. This registry is designed to encompass the names of individuals possessing recognized veterinary qualifications, currently enrolled on the State/UT Veterinary Council.
Now by this notification, the Veterinary Council of India has published the “Supplement to Indian Veterinary Practitioners Register, 2023”. This publication aims to disseminate essential information to the public and relevant stakeholders.
The supplement will serve as an updated and accurate reflection of the current roster of veterinary practitioners holding recognized qualifications, ensuring transparency and adherence to the regulatory standards outlined in the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984. The inclusion of names in the register is contingent upon enrollment in the State/UT Veterinary Council of the respective region.
The Gazette publication of the Supplement to Indian Veterinary Practitioners Register, 2023 is intended to provide general information and awareness about the qualified professionals practicing within the veterinary field across the country.
