Semi-skilled workers, whose jobs require a certain level of expertise or training, will now receive Rs 2785 as their monthly basic wage. The Variable DA for these employees will be Rs 9388, reflecting adjustments to address cost-of-living changes.

Larger establishments, employing over 500 individuals, will adhere to slightly higher rates to reflect the scale of operations and the increased economic demands. The updated wage structure is:

- Variable Dearness Allowance (DA): Rs 8967
Unskilled workers in larger firms will now earn a basic monthly wage of Rs 2660. The Variable DA for these employees is set at Rs 8967, designed to adjust for the cost of living increases.
