University Grants Commission vide circular dated 8 September, 2023 regarding Special Campaign for disposal of pending Matters from 2nd October to 31st October, 2023. A special campaign will be undertaken this year from 2nd October to 31st October, 2023. This year special attention is to be given to field/ outstation offices responsible for service delivery to having public interface.
In this regard Department of Administrative Reforms and public Grievance (DARPG) will be issuing detailed guidelines for the ensuing campaign separately. In view of above, the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are requested to take appropriate action for ensuring disposal of pending matters and thereby ensuring success of the campaign.
