University Grants Commission on 6th August, 2024 has issued warning against Lymphatic Filariasis (LF). About 740 million people living in 336 districts in these states/UTs are at risk of LF. The Higher Education Institutions located in the identified districts are requested to disseminate the details about the Mass Drug Administration to the communities in their respective districts and ensure the success of the campaign.
