The Government of Tripura vide notification dated, 30 January, 2021 has issued the Tripura Inter-state Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2020. The amendment provides that submission of application for registration of employees, acknowledgement of receipt of application, issue of registration certificate etc. shall be done through online platform. The amendment also provides renewed forms for filing application for registration and renewal.
