The Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals on 5th April, 2022 has issued the Trimethyl Phosphite (Quality
Control) Order, 2022. The Trimethyl Phosphite packages shall bear the Standard Mark under a licence from the Bureau of Indian Standards. This Order shall not apply to goods or articles meant for export.
The Bureau of Indian Standards shall be the certifying and enforcing authority in respect of Trimethyl Phosphite. Any person who contravenes the provisions of this order shall be punishable under the provisions of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016.
