The State Government of Bihar vide notification dated 15th November 2019 has reduced the additional fee of Rs. 50 charged for delay in getting the fitness certificate for vehicles and the time period to avail the benefit has been fixed to 90 days from the date of publication of this notification. The Notification will be effective From 15th November 2019.
As per the revised fee the vehicle owners will have to pay the charge for fitness certificate along with the reduced fine at the rate of Rs 10 per day in case of two wheelers and three wheelers.
Similarly, the fine for commercial operators has been reduced to Rs. 15 per day and for four-wheeler transport it has been reduced to Rs. 20 per day and Rs. 30 for other commercial vehicles.
