The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board Headquarter has issued Clarification regarding status of installation/ connectivity of OQEMS and submission of Bank Guarantee. The State PCB in order to maintain uniformity for all the industries covered under the CPCB directions dated 05.02.2014 and 02.03.2015, has issued following procedure for submission of bank guarantee for industries covered under the purview of the OCEMS installation:
- Industries which have installed and connected any of the requisite analyzers for OCEMS as per CPCB directions from 30.09.2015 to date of issuance of this SOP and fully complied CPCB/ RSPCB directions are directed to submit equivalent amount of non-refundable Demand Draft (against BG) for the cost of such analyzers installed after 30.09.2015 to until date of issuance of this SOP.
- Any of the industry that have not installed and connected OCEMS as per CPCB/RSPCB directions till date are directed to ensure installation of all requisite parameters and configure with CPCB/ RSPCB servers by 30.03.2021, and submit non-refundable Demand Draft (against BG) of 150% cost of OCEMS to be installed.
