The Government of Puducherry on 9th June 2020 has published the Puducherry Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Amendment Rules, 2020 in which the application for registration under Puducherry Contract Labour (Regulation And Abolition) Rules shall be made through the online portal of Labour Department, Puducherry i.e https://loe.py.gov.in/.
The fees and the security deposit shall be paid by visiting the online portal Government of Puducherry under the relevant head of accounts and every principal employer shall maintain a register of contractors in Form XII electronically. Further, the half-yearly return and annual return shall be submitted through the online portal of the Labour department.
