The Ministry of Labour has extended the last date for filing Of Unified Annual Return under 8 Labour Laws

The Ministry of Labour and Employment, vide its notification dated 20^th March 2020 has extended the last date of filing of Unified Annual Returns under 8 Labor Laws for the year 2019 up to April 30, 2020. Earlier the return where to be filed from 1^st January 2020 to 1^st February 2020.

However, due to the spread of the Novel Corona virus the last date of filing of Annual Returns for the year 2019 is extended up to 30th Apr 2020. Therefore, the ministry has requested authorities not to take any legal action for non-filing of Annual Returns for the year 2019 against the establishments.
