The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) vide its notification dated 11th May 2022, has published the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (Furnishing of Information) (Amendment) Rules, 2022 to further amend the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (Furnishing of Information) Rules, 2016.
All micro, small and medium enterprises shall furnish the information relating to their enterprise to the Government in the Form as prescribed in the MSME (Furnishing of Information) Rules, 2016.
The above mentioned Form has been amended in which under the Basic Details, for the words “Udyog Aadhaar Number” the words “Udyam Registration Number”has been substituted and the words “Get Udyog Aadhaar” has been omitted.
