The State Government of Uttarakhand vide its notification dated 22nd December 2020 has directed all industrial, shops and commercials establishments in the state to maintain all statutory registers and records under various labour laws in a digital format.
The registers and records so maintained shall be subject to scrutiny and inspection by authorities as and when required under the relevant Acts and Rules.
Previously, the GST rate was set at “half per cent” (0.5%). The recent amendment changes this to “0.25 per cent” (a quarter percent).
