The Government of NCT Delhi on 19.11.2020 has notified the waiver of the fee for late filing of FORM GSTR-4 for the quarters July 2017 to March 2019. The late fee is waived for registered persons who files the return between 22.09.2020 and 31.10.2020. The notification shall come into effect retrospectively from 21.09.2020.
