The State Government of Madhya Pradesh vide its notification dated 8th July 2021 has exempted certain medical equipment’s from state tax in view of the demand for these drugs and medical equipment having increased exponentially.
The Government has waived the state tax levied on medical grade oxygen, oxygen concentrators, ventilators, Covid-19 testing kits, Hand sanitizer, Helmets, Pulse oximeter, Ambulance, Temperature check, Amphotericin, and Remidisvir.
The above exemption shall be applicable till 30th September 2021.
