The Department of Consumer Affairs vide notification dated 16th September, 2020, The Bureau of Indian Standards (Second Amendment) Rules, 2020. The Bureau of Indian Standards Rules, 2018, Rule 3, is amended to provide Ladakh as a new area under the North Zone.
The comments on the draft Directions are invited from public/stakeholders till May 12, 2025.
