The Bureau of Energy Efficiency on 27th October 2021 has published the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals of Time for Conduct of Energy Audit) Amendment Regulations, 2021 to further amend the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals of Time for Conduct of Energy Audit) Regulations, 2010.
Through this amendment it has been notified, that the Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals of Time for Conduct of Energy Audit) Regulations, 2010 shall not apply to an electricity distribution company specified as a designated consumer to which the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals for Conduct of Energy Audit in Electricity Distribution Companies) Regulations, 2021 applies.
