The Delhi High Court has passed a judgment quashing the necessity for yearly continuation of approval for pharmacy course of study. Delhi High Court declared that yearly continuation applications and PERC charges are not authorized by the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

PCI Issues Guidelines For Inspectors Towards Inspection Process Of Academic Year 2024-2025
The inspections will be carried out by specially empaneled inspectors. The inspections shall be conducted entirely through a mobile application (PCI Inspection App) available on Google Play Store for Android devices. PCI Permits Corrections In SIF Database For 2024-2025 Academic Session
