Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Particulars and Manner of their Display on Labels of Self-ballasted LED lamps), Regulations, 2023
Every self-ballasted LED lamp shall have the prescribed particulars displayed on its label. These include the logo of the BEE, the name of the manufacturer or importer and brand, trade name and number, model and year of manufacturing or import, etc
Ministry of Power designates Additional Energy Intensive Industries and Establishments as Designated Consumers
The amendments specify additional energy intensive industries and establishments as designated consumers, thereby subjecting them to energy efficiency regulations. This notification was issued on 6th June, 2023.
