The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India vide Notice dated 5th May 2020 has published the format to submit the summary of published scientific data. The notice dated 4th September 2020 has provided that summary of published scientific data shall be submitted along with application for approval of claims under FSS(Advertising & Claims) Regulations.
