This online portal, managed by the Central Government, allows any woman, whether an employee or a visitor, to file complaints related to workplace harassment swiftly and securely. To initiate a complaint, users must first register with a valid email ID and mobile number. Once registered, they can monitor the progress of their complaint through the “View Status of Complaint” tab. Additionally, nodal officers from respective ministries can access the system to update complaint statuses. The interface provides tabs such as “All,” “Disposed,” and “Pending” for easy navigation. Through transparent communication and efficient processing, SHe-Box serves as a powerful tool in combating workplace harassment, ensuring safer work environments for all.
