Standard Operating Procedure for Complaint Redressal in the Maharasthra PCBs Web Portal

The Maharasthra Pollution Control Board vide circular dated 17.11.2021 has issued a Standard Operating Procedure for Complaint Redressal in the Board’s Web Portal. The Standard Operating Procedure provides specific mechanism for redressal of grievances for P.G portal & CPCB Complaints, VIP complainants, Sarkar complainants, E-catalyst complaints.

The SOP also provide timelines for respective types of complaints.
