The Ministry of Corporate Affairs under its news and update column has intimated the stakeholders to continue the use of existing SPICe and AGILE forms until the new SPICe+ and AGILE-PRO is deployed.
SPICe+ would offer 10 services provided by 3 central government Ministries and one state government (Maharashtra), thereby saving procedures, time and cost for starting a business in India, and would be applicable for incorporation of all new companies.
