The University Grant Commission (UGC) on December 21, 2022, notified on disseminating information regarding SPIC MACAY programme. SPIC MACAY (Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture amongst Youth) is an organization working for promotion of value and heritage education in all the educational institutions with the overall aim of providing holistic awareness among the youth.
Higher education institutions are requested to disseminate this information among your faculty/students and encourage them to create SPIC MACAY Heritage Club. They may also join SPIC MACAY programme at the SPIC MACAY website https://spicmacay.org/ugc for orientations.
