The Securities Exchange Board of India vide notification dated 8th May 2020 has issued the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Payment of Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 and has made consistent changes to other regulations to restructure the fee regime established by SEBI for issue, buy back and other transactions. The following regulations are amended to provide new fee rates.
- The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers) Regulations, 1992.
- The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
- Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018
