Securities and Exchange Board of India vide a circular dated 22nd July, 2021, informed amendments in the guidelines for the Grievance Redressal Mechanism for Infrastructure Investment Trusts (“InvITs”). All complaints including SCORES complaints received by the InvIT shall now on be disclosed in the format mentioned in Annexure – A on the website of the InvIT.
The complaints shall also be filed with the recognized stock exchange(s), where its units are listed within 21 days from the end of financial year or end of quarter, as the case may be.
