The Central Government on 27th April, 2022 has issued the Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022. The packages of Rice Bran Fatty Acid shall bear the Standard Mark under a licence from the Bureau of Indian Standards. The Bureau of Indian Standards shall be the certifying and enforcing authority in respect of Rice Bran Fatty Acid. Any person who contravenes the provisions of this order shall be punishable under the provisions of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016.
