The Department of Telecommunication vide notification dated October 6, 2021 has amended PMRTS License Agreement to revise the penalty for delay in payment of License fee. Delayed payment of License fee will attract interest at a revised rate of 2% instead of 4% and the interest shall be compounded annually instead of monthly.
