SEBI vide circular dated March 22, 2022 has revised the operational Circular for issue and listing of Non-convertible Securities, Securitised Debt Instruments, Security Receipts, Municipal Debt Securities and Commercial Paper for Standardization of industry classification. It is provided that Post listing of securities, issuer shall submit information to any of the stock exchanges where their securities are listed on a periodical basis (within 30 days from the end of the financial year) and/ or ‘as and when’ basis (event based), as applicable. The stock exchange shall indicate the format of filing to the issuers in this regard.
