Revised Additional Surveillance Measures Framework for Companies

The Bombay Stock Exchange vide notice dated 17 May, 2022 has revised the Additional Surveillance Measures Framework for Companies relating to the Insolvency Resolution Process (IRP) as per Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) to reconsolidate the securities under the framework. Securities which are placed under the Additional Surveillance Measures Framework would be reviewed on a periodical basis.

It is further clarified that shortlisting of securities under ASM Framework is purely on account of market surveillance and it should not be construed as an adverse action against the concerned company/entity.
