The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide circular dated 14 February, 2022 has relaxed the due date for filing Annual return and financial statement without additional fees. The Forms MGT-7/MGT 7A can be filed till 31.03.2022 for the financial year ended on 31.03.2021. The Forms AOC-4, AOC-4 XBRL, AOC-4 NON-XBRL, AOC-4 (CFS) can be filed till 15.03.2022 for the financial year ended on 31.03.2021 .
