As per the directives of the Election Commission of India, various outdoor campaign initiatives are being undertaken to foster awareness among the populace regarding the forthcoming General Election to the Lok Sabha, 2024, spearheaded by the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Tamil Nadu. As a part of this endeavor, the office is organizing an Election Cyclothon on 02.03.2024, commencing from Chennai Light House and culminating at Officer’s Colony, spanning a duration of 2 hours. The Cyclothon will kick off at 6 A.M. from Chennai Light House. The rally will be inaugurated and flagged off by the Chief Electoral Officer, Tamil Nadu. This Election Cyclothon event aims to underscore the significance of citizen engagement in the electoral process.
