The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board vide its notification dated 22nd January 2021 has directed that all the applications for authorization under E-waste (Management) Rules – 2016 shall be submitted through the online module only.
Project proponents shall ensure submission of requisite information and attachment/upload of necessary documents before final submission of online applications and no processing/authorization fee is required to be paid by project proponents.
Further all applications for the renewal of authorization shall be made online before 120 days of its expiry, mandatorily.
