The Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has issued an order on the submissions of architectural drawings and the opening of three RERA accounts. This order was pursuant to the decisions taken in 18th Meeting of the Authority held on June 7, 2024.
It is stated that promoter has to submit architectural drawings while applying for Completion Certificate in Post Registration module. These drawings include stilt floor workings, typical floor working plan and 3-D views etc. These drawings are to be sealed and signed by an architect who is registered with the Council of Architecture.
Also, three separate accounts will be opened by the Promoter under the head “maintenance of the separate project account” with the banks. These accounts are the Collection Account, Retention Account and Promoter’s Account.
