Rajasthan PCB issues revised schedule for inspection and monitoring

The Rajasthan Pollution Control Board vide order dated 28 September, 2021 has issued the revised schedule for inspection and monitoring to be followed for all industries, facilities, processes/mines etc. Following revised timelines are provided for inspections:

1. Green category industries with investment bellow 5 crores shall be inspected on a need basis.
2. Green category industries with investment above 5 crores shall be inspected Bi-annually.
3. Orange category industries shall be inspected annually.
4. Red category industries shall be inspected every six months.
