Rajasthan PCB grants permission for transferring plant and machinery from one industrial unit another which are connected with CETP

The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board on 15th July 2020 has granted permission for transfer of plant and machinery from one CETP member textile unit to another CETP member textile unit. However, the units which intend to transfer should have valid consent to operate from the state board for the same plant and machinery.

The unit which intend to transfer the plant and machinery and the unit in which plant and machinery shall be transferred should have a valid membership from CETP Trust for the plant and machinery proposed to be transferred. The approval of CETP trust and district level monitoring committee is mandatory to effect the transfer.

Once the transfer is allowed, no further transfer shall be allowed again within 3 years from the last transfer and the receiving unit shall submit an action plan for up-granting of PETP wherever required.
