Rajasthan PCB extends period of waiver of fee for registration under the Battery (Management and Handling) Rules, 2001

The Rajasthan State pollution Control Board through circular dated 30.07.2021 has directed that the period of
waiver of registration fee of Rs.10000 (In words Rupees ten thousand only) for dealers for registration under the Battery (Management and Handling) Rules, 2001 is hereby extended up to 30.09.2021. This relaxation is provided to relax the burden caused by ongoing pandemic and resultant lockdown.

No further waiver in registration fee will be considered & action will be taken against the battery dealers who fail to get registered with the state Board.
