Ministry of Food Processing Industries on 15 December, 2023 has issued clarification regarding Production linked incentive scheme for food processing industry. According to Production Linked Incentive Scheme for Food Processing Industry (PLISFPI) Guidelines, the PLI beneficiaries are required to furnish incentive claims for a specific financial year by 31st December of the following financial year.
The selection of beneficiary under PLISFPI has been made on the basis of eligibility criteria in the Scheme Guidelines finalized after consultation with stakeholders.
