The Directorate General of Foreign vide Trade Notice dated 27th January 2022 has issued Procedures for application for Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) for FY 2022-23. All applications seeking Tariff Rate Quota(TRQ) for imports for the period FY2022-23 are to be submitted online using the “e-Tariff Rate Quota” system. The last date for e-TRQ applications for FY2022-23 is 28.02.2022.
TRQ applications should not be submitted as ‘Licence for Restricted Imports’. The applicant may navigate to the DGFT Website to apply online as follows– DGFT Website (https://dgft.gov.in ) –> Services –> Import Management System –> Apply for TRQ.
