The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) has issued a reminder to state pharmacy councils regarding their annual fee payment. This notice was published on May 14, 2024.
Section 44 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948, mandates state pharmacy councils to contribute one-fourth of their annual fees to the PCI.
Payment Instructions
- The fee must be paid via a Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Pharmacy Council of India” payable at New Delhi.
- The payment should be accompanied by a copy of the relevant financial year’s audit report for audit purposes by the PCI.
