The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) has issued a notice stating the extended the deadline for the completion of approval and appeal process for existing and new institutions. This notice was issued on 20th October, 2023.
This extension has been provided by virtue of the order of the Supreme Court dated 9th October, 2023 in the case of Parshavanath Charitable Trust v/s All India Council for Technical Education and Ors.
Therefore for the academic year 2023-2024, the last date for completion of the approval process is fixed as up to 31st October, 2023. Furthermore, the last date for completion of the appeals and compliance process is fixed as 30th November, 2023. Additionally, the period for counselling shall stand extended up to 31st December, 2023.
