The government of Kerala has issued Kerala Partnership (Registration of Firms) (Amendment) Rules, 2025. The registration of partnership firms are now being carried out online. For the purpose of submitting online applications, receiving one-time passwords, registration certificates, and other communications, the mobile number and email address of the applicants are required to be provided on the official portal.
Hence the Government have decided to amend the Kerala Partnership (Registration of Firms) Rules, 1959, suitably to ensure that the mobile number and email address of the applicants are incorporated into the various forms annexed to the said rules.
