The Employee State Insurance Corporation(“ESIC”) has issued a Notification dated March 18, 2020, providing a one-time relaxation to those employers who did not file the ESI contribution for the period April, 2019 to September, 2019.
The contribution can be filed within 42 days from the end of the contribution period. No extension for any other contribution is allowed and this relaxation is not extended to any other old or new contribution period.
