The National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide its notification dated 1st June 2020 has further extended the due date for submission of Quarterly Compliance Certificate for the quarter ended March 2020, till 30th June 2020.
NSE in its earlier circular dated 30th April 2020 has requested the members to submit the compliance certificate for the quarter ended March 2020 confirming the status of compliance with requirements relating to “Limit setting at the time of order placement” on or before 30th May 2020.
However, due to the situation arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic and extended lockdown period, the due date to submit the Quarterly Compliance Certificate for the quarter ended March 2020, has been further extended till 30th June 2020.
