The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority on 15th May 2021 has issued office memorandum for Monitoring of Maximum Retail Prices of Pulse Oximeter and Oxygen Concentrator. All the manufacturers/importers of Pulse Oximeter and Oxygen Concentrators are hereby directed to submit the MRP details in the prescribed format latest by 22nd May 2021. Soft copy of the same may be sent to the e-mail id mandatorily. All Manufacturers/Importers of aforesaid Medical Devices are hereby advised to ensure compliance of the provisions of Para 20 of the DPCO, 2013 failing which action may be initiated against them.
