The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued a public notice on the schedule for online application for eligibility certificate. This notice was issued on 8th February, 2023.
The notice states that the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences may fix the tentative date for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) in the month of June 2023. As such, candidates requiring an Eligibility Certificate from the NMC will not be entitled to appear for the Screening Test in its absence.
Hence, all such candidates requiring an Eligibility Certificate shall apply through the NMC’s website from 9th February, 2023 onwards. The last date for submission of the application is 8th March, 2023 at 6pm.
It shall be noted that incomplete application will be summarily rejected.
Requirements for applying for the Eligibility Certificate are available on the NMC website by virtue of notices dated 11th December, 2018 and 5th April, 2019.
