The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued a press release on counselling schedule for academic session 2023-2024 for UG MBBS courses. This press release was issued on 20th October, 2023.
The NMC has directed medical colleges to strictly adhere to the counselling schedule. Any counselling activities carried out outside this prescribed schedule will be regarded as invalid.
This direction applies to all concerned stakeholders including the central and state authorities and medical colleges.
Furthermore, any students admitted to courses outside the prescribed schedule will be discharged immediately.
