The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued a public notice on admissions to Medical Colleges/ Postgraduate Institutes. The notice relates to admissions to postgraduate medical broad specialty and super specialty courses on the basis of NEET- PG 2022 and NEET- SS 2022. This notice was issued on 12th January, 2023.
The notice states that the online portal for filling up the details of candidates who have taken admission in PG broad specialty and super specialty courses will be reopened from 13th to 17th January, 2023. All concerned colleges/ institutes are required to fill in the requisite data by the 17th January, 2023. Physical/ manual data will not be accepted under any circumstances.
It may be recalled that the Medical Counselling Committee had issued a notice dated 10th January 2023 that a Special Stray Vacancy Round for vacant PG seats would be conducted. The last date for admission based on these rounds was fixed as 14th January, 2023.
