The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued a notice on the timeline for online applications for Eligibility Certificates. This notice was issued on 13th October, 2023.
NMC has stated that the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) Screening Test will tentatively take place in December, 2023. It will be organised by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences.
It is relevant to note that a candidate that is required to possess an eligibility certificate will not be permitted to apply for this Screening Test without possessing an eligibility certificate issued by NMC.
Hence, such candidates are requested through the NMC’s website.
Interested candidates can submit their online applications from 16th October, 2023 from 9am onwards. The last date for submission of these applications is 25th October, 2023 at 6pm.
It is pertinent to note further that incomplete applications will not be processed and will be summarily rejected.
